A charmingly restored 19th century house in the Penedès wine region of Catalonia. Located in a privileged environment, for walking and enjoying visits to the numerous wine and cava wineries in the area. The house has all the amenities (heating and air conditioning), as well as high-speed WiFi. We have transformed an old townhouse into a spacious, comfortable and relaxing home perfect for small groups of friends and families. The space The house has 4 spacious bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a desk and a reading area next to an old and peculiar restored wine cellar currently used as a small library, where you can relax with a good book. On this floor, there is also a small toilet and the kitchen/dining room, which also has a washer/dryer. The garden area has a small terrace and an outdoor dining area under a pergola, where you can enjoy "fresh" dinners on hot summer nights.
