Electronic keypad entry to the home for your convenience. Metered parking is available on the street surrounding the house. The main level of the home is situated above the street, so there are some stairs to enter the home. Once in the home, the main level has an open space with kitchen, living room, and half bath. Upstairs you will find two of the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed fitted with organic cotton sheets and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and marble vanity. The secondary upstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed fitted with soft, organic cotton sheets and an en-suite bathroom with jetted tub and granite vanity. The lower level of the home has a living area, laundry room, as well as the third bedroom. The bedroom has a king sized bed fitted with soft, organic cotton sheets and en-suite bath. All rooms are fitted with large, plush cotton towels and bathroom amenities. The backyard features a firepit with seating, water feature and built-in grill and refrigerator. When staying in my home, I will be close by for help and am always available by phone, text, or through the Airbnb messenger. I respond quickly to any guests' needs. The Italian Village neighborhood is an eclectic combination of new and old homes and businesses. We are an easy, short walk to the Short North Arts District, which is Columbus' trendy, hip district full of restaurants, art galleries, shops, and businesses for you to explore! You will find almost anything you need within walking distance of the home. Walking is the best way around in our area, however the CBUS Circulator (free) is available to get to different neighborhoods and districts throughout Columbus. Free ride sharing via Hopper Carts is also available in the Short North and Downtown Columbus area. Several CoGo Bike stations in the area make great use of the bike lanes and quick jumps around town without having to deal with the traffic. I am able to accommodate 3 vehicles. The driveway in front of the garage, which is behind the house in the alley, is available for one vehicle to be parallel parked. I can then provide up to 2 guest passes per evening during your reservation for street parking. The guest passes are $3/24 hours and are required for parking between 10 pm and 8 am. Any vehicles after 3, will have to find alternative parking. Hourly parking is available throughout the day. Although the neighborhood is safe, it is part of an urban area, so I encourage removing anything valuable from your vehicle and locking doors. If you are an Amazon Prime member, Amazon Prime Now is available at the house and will deliver: groceries, food, cold beer, chilled and non-chilled wines. I have two exterior security cameras covering the entrances to the home. Tampering with the security features of the home will result in a cancellation of the rest of your stay without refund.
