Our apartment is located on the golden shore of Siófok in a residential park directly on the shores of Lake Balaton. The balcony offers wonderful panoramic views of Lake Balaton. Equipped kitchen and stylish, modern furnishings await our guests. Stepping out of the gate, we immediately find ourselves on the Siófok free beach, where it is pleasant not only to swim, but also to cycle, walk and play sports. Central location: center, restaurants, shops within walking distance. In the enclosed courtyard of the residential park there is a parking space for a car. The space The golden coast is the heart of Siófok in the summer. The apartment is located on the huge free beach. There are plenty of restaurants and activities in the immediate area. The Petőfi promenade, full of bars, clubs and restaurants and the center can be reached within a 10-15-minute walk. However, thanks to its location by the beach the apartment is very quiet. Other things to note - If you arrive at the apartment at a different time than the check-in hours indicated, please be sure to let us know in a message. - The accommodation fee includes the tourist tax, which is 1.5 eur/adult/night. - According to local law, guests can only book the apartment after completing the pre-sent data request. Otherwise, we will not be able to provide the accommodation. - Only registered persons are allowed to stay at the property, guests are not allowed. - There are other residents in the apartment building. It is forbidden to listen to loud music and to make loud noises in general during the day and at night. - The apartment will be checked upon departure; our guests are fully liable for any damage caused by negligence or intent.
