The cottage is adjoining my house, it is 50 m². It is located on a 4 ha property with landscaped garden. Quiet is waiting for you. It accommodates 5 people. There are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room/kitchen, a terrace, and access to the pool from June. You also have bicycles available, basketball hoop, trampoline, swing with slide, ping pong table and a petanque court with balls. A jacuzzi and sauna are also available in addition to the stay. The space My place is quietly located not far from the village and all amenities. Sleeps 5. There is also all the equipment for a baby (bed, bathtub, high chair) Guest access You will have access to the shared pool; it is heated to 79 degrees Fahrenheit (26 degrees Celsius), so you can swim there from June until the end of October, weather permitting. It is open from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. every day. Buoys, floats, aquatic games are available, balloons etc. Other things to note A security deposit of €400 will be requested upon arrival and will be returned to you on the day of your departure if there are no broken objects A security deposit of €50 will be requested if pets are brought and returned upon departure. Access to the Jacuzzi is extra, i.e. €50 per day for 4 people; children – 10 years old not allowed. If you want breakfast it is possible €8/pers. (fresh pastries, toast, butter, homemade jam, coffee, hot chocolate, juice. Only vacation rental guests and owners will have access to the pool. All visitors to vacationers will not be admitted otherwise a surcharge of €20/pers. and day will be extra. Resonant and ecological use of air conditioning (do not operate the air conditioner with the doors open or leave it running unnecessarily for a whole day) Any misuse of the air conditioning will be charged a weekly fee of €80.
