The space The apartment, called "TORRE LAPILLO" for the Tower that is a stone's throw from the property, is located on the first floor with access via an external staircase shared between the two apartments. The apartment has a large living area with a comfortable kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, oven and induction cooktop. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils suitable for the induction hob. Possible external tools will not be compatible. There is also a comfortable double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. There is also a double bedroom, a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
