The space The Villa has 3 floors, 4 large rooms and 3 bathrooms (1 on each of the 3 floors): There’s an on-suit double-room, a lounge area and a balcony in the first floor, there is one single-room, a bathroom, kitchen area and a patio in the groundfloor and there are two rooms and a bathroom in the basement floor. We have a fully fitted modern kitchen includes everything you need, if you would like to enjoy your meals at home. We have a terrace in the groundfloor and a balcony on the first floor, the views from the feature lounge need to be seen to be believed. Children's cots and high chairs are available for baby-angels :) The ground floor is easily accessible for those with mobility problems and there is a bedroom, a bathroom and the kitchen on the ground floor. Outside the gardens are privately enclosed and include a pool at 30 sq mts with an integral jacuzzi. You are only a 10 minute stroll from the town center and all the high class restaurants Dalyan has to offer. The nearest shop is 3 minutes away for your provisions. Dalyan boasts one of the most famous beaches in the world, which is accessed by a meandering 30 minute ride on a boat taxi or 10 km drive with a car. The villa is suitable for all families both with and without children. All villas have open door aspect onto the garden and swimming pool. Finished to the highest standard with natural light. We work with a caretaker company, who comes daily to take care of the pool and gardens. There's satellite television, DVD and wireless internet access.
