17th century Palazzo in the heart of an authentic Lunigiana village in Tuscany. Mulazzo is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy: "I borghi piu belli d'Italia" Very large volumes, panoramic terrace, swimming pool. Frescoes by Luigi Agretti. Ideally located between sea, mountains and cities: Cinque Terre, Pisa, Parma, Carrara, Versilia beaches... The space The Palazzo includes a main floor: large living room with balcony overlooking the main square of the village, a dining room, fitted kitchen opening onto a panoramic terrace. A double bedroom with private bathroom, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the upper floor, a living room with kitchenette, a sofa bed for 2, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Guest access The entire house is available to tenants, except for a small enclosed office. The swimming pool is located in the village, a 5-minute walk from the house. It is a private pool that we share with 2 couples of friends. Other things to note Tourism: Lunigiana, Cinque Terre, Versilia beaches, Carrara quarries, Pisa, Lucca, Parma... On foot, from the village, hiking trails to discover authentic villages and mushroom pickers! Lunigiana is a different enclave from the rest of Tuscany with a very strong cultural identity.
