The space The house is located in a quiet and sunny location in the historic center of Pera called "Rualp" just 500 meters from the shops and the chairlift. The recently renovated apartment is adjacent to a typical Ladin house dating back to the late 1700s. Parking in front of the house and lawn are available to guests. The apartment is equipped with gas, electric oven, fridge, dishes and iron. A washing machine is available in the garage where you can also store skis and bicycles. Prices include the various expenses (electricity, gas, hot water, central heating, tourist tax) excluding final cleaning. If you wish to receive the supply of bed linens and towels (sheets and towels), the fee is 10 euros per person to be paid directly to us only once for the entire period.
