Nature reserves, rural villages. You’ll love our detached home; it's very quiet, unlike the town, clean, spacious, elegant. It's our UK home, not a let: GOOD reviews are required. Walk to Upton (10-12 minutes flat). Off-road parking. Great for couples. If you want the second bedroom, enter THREE (NOT FOUR) guests. No access to the 2nd room unless you trigger the extra-room request and pay the higher fee. Responsible adults only! Contact now to check your needs. Allergic to dogs; no pets or kids! The space The kitchen and conservatory are large and the conservatory a lovely space to sit or eat. Guest access Self-access (key safe), so you do not wait to unpack your vehicle! You have private use of: ONE principal bedroom, main lounge, kitchen, conservatory and bathroom. The property is on 2 floors and so not wheel-chair accessible, sorry! There is an added nightly charge for the second room of £20 per night. To trigger the second room, put THREE GUESTS (NOT 4). If you put 4 guests you will pay too much for the second room, so enter THREE GUESTS!! The second bedroom has a quality lateral trundle bed (double & single options, see pictures) for a couple wanting separate bedrooms. Please see 'Other Things to Note' below if wanting the second bedroom prepared, thank you. Other things to note Private reservations only (no commercial bookings). Access to the property is simple and you will not be left waiting! If you want the 2nd bedroom (higher fee applies), increase guests from 2 to 3 so we know, and let us know whether the 2nd bedroom should be made up for a single or double bed, (an extra charge is made for the 2nd bedroom at £20 p/night, If only TWO people are coming, but want the second room, please book as THREE, to trigger the 2nd room booking. Do NOT enter 4 guests; THREE triggers the second room without another charge (if you enter 4). If four people in two rooms, enter THREE.
