It was built in 1911 by my grandfather Francesco on a property of his farm. Located in a panoramic location at 350 m above sea level, it enjoys a unique view, as the crow flies over the Marche region, ranging from the Conero to the Sibillini. It was completely renovated in 2011/2, creating two apartments surrounded by nature. In 2018, we built a third apartment in the old saddlery, called, with little imagination, "the saddlery", the only one equipped with air conditioning. All apartments have an equipped outdoor area. Our guests can freely enjoy the swimming pool, the whirlpool, the garden and the two-hectare park, with mixed essences, which offer ideal corners for reading or meditation.
