Family home near the sea with Jacuzzi for 8 people

The vacation home is located in bungalow park 'De Keizerskroon', located at the seaside resort of Julianadorp. At about 800 meters within walking distance of the sea, the house creates a beach feeling with a modern feeling. PLEASE NOTE! We have very strict rules regarding (noise)nuisance!! Included in the price - Final cleaning - Linens - Full coffee bean machine - (electricity, gas, water) - Toilet paper (for the first days). TOWELS NOT INCLUDED. Bring your own. The space Welcome to our modern beach house in Julianadorp aan Zee – a comfortable place for families, workationers and groups of up to 8 people. The house is spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, including a Jacuzzi (Oct–Feb on request) and a large garden with BBQ. Living Room & Kitchen The bright living room with wood stove is directly adjacent to the open kitchen and French doors to the veranda. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, coffee bean machine and everything you need for extensive cooking. Inside and outside blend seamlessly, ideal for enjoying the sea air. Bedrooms & bathrooms Ground floor: 2 bedrooms: one with bunk bed + extra bed, one with double bed Bathroom with shower, bath, sink and toilet Additional separate toilet in the hall Upper floor: 2 bedrooms with double bed Bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine and dryer 🌳 Outdoor spaces Large garden around the house Covered veranda with shade cloth BBQ area with Weber on charcoal Heated Jacuzzi (4–6 pers) – available from October to February, on request (extra charge €50) From March to September, no requests are necessary and it is ready! (No extra charge) ⚠️ House rules & additional info No music or jacuzzi use after 11 p.m. due to neighbors Electric car charging is possible (electricity is charged) Tourist tax to be paid in cash at check-out (€2.5 p.p.p.n.) Bed linen included! Towels not! Guest access The entire house as well as the contents of kitchen cabinets are accessible and usable by guests. The shed in the garden is locked and not accessible. The jacuzzi in the garden may be used between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. After 11:00 p.m., use is not allowed due to noise nuisance. JACUZZI: (October through February) If guests wish to use the Jacuzzi in the months (October through February), this must be indicated in advance and an amount of €50 extra costs must be paid in advance for additional costs that may be incurred. Other things to note Linen is provided, bring your own towels! In the garden there is a swing and a trampoline. We have a bean machine There are various outdoor and indoor games for children available The television has a Chromecast and inputs to connect game controllers or other devices.
