Influenced by HGTV, we are updating our COUNTRY home room by room. Master on the main, large open concept kitchen/living room. 3 bedrooms upstairs. Gourmet inspired kitchen with galley brand sink, induction burners, 2nd Farm house sink 2 dishwashers, and 2 ovens. Deck, pool as seasonably appropriate. FOUR WHEEL DRIVE necessary during inclement weather. Guests may access shared spaces in the house in addition to the guest quarters. The bathroom is shared as well. Guests may access kitchen, laundry, full-bath, half-bath and laundry facilities. Upon approval guests may access the work out equipment in the basement. We will generally be at the house occupying the master and other two bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Guest will share the full-bath with our two boys. Just a few minutes from the Lecompton/I-70 exchange. AND just a few more minutes to Wal-mart, Dillons, and a variety of restaurants both sit down and FAST/to-go. We do have rural neighbors. Our house sits back off the road so the neighbors are not too close to the house. We are located on a 6 acre property. Garden, chickens and cats on the property. You will want a car to go into downtown. You can bike the few miles to Rock Chalk Park. Weather permitting the guests may access the pool. Weather permitting, the eggs from our chickens and garden produce may be available.
