Tastefully renovated old bakery with a swimming pool and unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside. Located in the heart of Carladès, between the Cantal mountains and the Truyère gorges, this completely renovated independent house of character welcomes you in a quiet and preserved environment. Nearby, you can enjoy various outdoor activities: hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and dog sledding in Pailherols, downhill skiing at Super-Lioran... The space It is an old bread oven restored entirely in 2020. Pleasant vacation home where peace and quiet reign. This cottage has a large plot with a portico, carport (where you can also store your bikes, skis...), lit pétanque court and heated pool open from May to early October, shared with the owners. You will enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue... On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen-living room, then upstairs the master bedroom with the bathroom with a 160 bed. Above the mezzanine is a space that children will love with 2 beds 80. Upstairs you have access from the outside to enjoy a shaded rest area, with a lounge and a hammock not far from the pétanque court. The house has electric heating included in the rate. We can provide you with baby equipment free of charge upon request. Your pets are welcome for an extra €20 per week. We're here if you need any additional information. Guest access The entire property is at your disposal, the house is independent. Other things to note Our main house is close to the cottage but the two houses are strictly independent. A security deposit of €600 will be required. If you want sheets and/or towels, it's possible for an extra fee. The cleaning fee is not included in the price, if you wish to take it, please inform the owners.
