The apartment is 35 m2 and consists of 2 double bedrooms, a small living room with dining table and seating area for 4 people. Open kitchen solution. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and appears modern and bright by Spanish standards. The apartment is partly handicapped accessible with wide doorways without threshold, high beds and high toilet. Wi-Fi and TV (without channels but with ChromeCast), air conditioning/heat pump. The space "Villa Ovalada" is located on the street level in an old farmhouse located opposite the old castle in the old town of Villajoyosa. We are located in the 2nd line from the beach, where you avoid noise/smell from the street restaurants as well as the inland wind, but still only 140 meters from the water's edge to the Mediterranean Sea. Here you live in the middle of the well-preserved old town, in the picturesque and colorful Spanish Mediterranean town - Villajoyosa. Villajoyosa means the happy town and is located 32 kilometers north of Alicante and 10 kilometers south of Benidorm. The apartment is located on the ground floor with its own balcony facing a cozy and colorful alley without car traffic and passage. Playa Centro is a 1.4 km long child-friendly sandy beach. The beach, with its wide promenade and limited car traffic, has a blue flag and many amenities such as washing stations, snack bars and restaurants, pedal boat and canoe rental, playgrounds and facilities for sand volleyball and beach soccer. The beach is well equipped for disabled people. Guest access Our guests have free access to all amenities in the apartment. Other things to note It is not possible to drive to the property as it is located in the middle of the old town with narrow streets. You can unload luggage 40 meters from the apartment. In the summer months there is only paid parking in the immediate vicinity and outside the season there is free parking on the southwest end of the beach.
