Private room with 55" Smart TV in downtown Malmö

One private room in a cosy, spacious and fresh apartment located at the heart of Malmö City. My home is a 3 bedroom apartment of 104 square meters and offers everything necessary for your stay. With walking distance to Malmö Centralstation, restaurants, nightlife, beautiful surroundings and bike/car rentals. The space You will have your own private room on the third floor while sharing two bathrooms and kitchen together with me and my two children of age 15 and 16. Your room: King sized bed and blackout curtains to keep the light out when desired. 55” TV with Netflix and Viaplay, nightstand with available outlets close by to charge your phone/computer, drawer to store your clothes. The room is located to the backside of the apartmentbuilding so there are no streets with traffic outside your window which makes the room very peacefull and quiet without any outside disturbance. Washing machine is available in the large bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, blender, sodastream, coffeemashine etc. Free WIFI is available of course! Guest access Kitchen, toilet and bathroom. During your stay As your host I am available for answering any of your questions and/or concerns. If you need any suggestions about what to do or how to get by in Malmö City I will gladly help you. I’m a very open, friendly and social person who enjoys spending some time with my guests. But as a mother of two and being busy with studying and working I do however appreciate privacy and also peace and quiet. Other things to note My check in time is flexible, meaning that it doesnt have to be on a specific time. As long as I’m home you can check in. But sometimes I’m at work or I’m busy doing something that makes it impossible for me to meet your preferences for checking in. Please have understanding for this and lets try to make an arrangement about the check in that suits everybody.
