Mountain house, finely renovated in 2016, with a balcony with breathtaking views of the Cuneo Alps, in a characteristic village rich in history: Elva, in Valle Maira (CN), which offers year-round scenery of unique beauty. From the house you can leave for pleasant excursions suitable for everyone. The house is a 10-minute walk from the Parish Church frescoed with 15th-century paintings by the Flemish painter Hans Clemer, the Pels Museum, a shop and a bar/restaurant. The space The house, a stone building with typical Alpine architecture, is my birthplace and was built in 1920 by my grandfather. In 2016, it was finely renovated while maintaining its original soul. It is located in the hamlet of Goria Superiore, one of the most picturesque hamlets in Elva. The house has a spectacular view of the mountains that surround it, which can be admired from a beautiful wooden balcony and a small terrace and garden. Guest access The house consists of: private entrance, kitchen/living room, two double bedrooms, bathroom and hallway. It has a small terrace, an outdoor garden and a wooden balcony overlooking the surrounding mountains. The house has parking in front of the house, just two meters from the entrance of the same. Other things to note From the house, you can leave, without using the car, for beautiful excursions suitable for the whole family among the most beautiful villages of Elva and in the woods. Truly suggestive and one-of-a-kind places. A short distance away, there are also trails that lead, in a few hours, to the peaks of Mount Pelvo (3,064 meters above sea level), Mount Chersogno (3,026 meters above sea level), Rocca La Marchisa (3,072 meters above sea level), to the suggestive Lake Camoscere.
