Spacious Périgord house located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, 2 km from the shops and 500 meters from the river. With an area of 410 m² spread over 2 levels (including a single-storey access through the back terrace), its 5600 m² wooded park plus a chalet, is ideal for families or friends, up to 12 people. Tranquility and relaxation guaranteed, with many activities at your fingertips: swimming, hiking, golf, fishing, canoeing, and above all the discovery of this beautiful region. The space Pets are also allowed. The rooms (5) are very large, 2 of them accommodate a crib, 2 others have sofa beds. The downstairs bathroom is 25 m2, there is an "Italian" shower as well as a bathtub. We provide towels and tea towels for the kitchen. Bed linen and towels are not provided. The cleaning is not included, it is your responsibility (products and accessories available, in the cellar), or option 120e The beds are all 140 x 190 in the 5 bedrooms.
