The apartment, 10min commute from the Parliament and Rudas Baths (Buda side) features an open plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen with AC, a tranquil bedroom with king size bed &quality bedding The space The apartment (43 sqm) is on the 1st floor! It has lift access and air conditioner. Once here you will have free WiFi, complimentary tea, coffee, shower gel, shampoo, toiletries. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with toaster, Nespresso Krups coffee maker, microwave oven and dishwasher. The bathroom features rainfall-, cascade-, and hand shower heads as well as hair dryer and plenty of towels. You can find a washing machine, fresh linen as well as iron and ironing board in the walk in closet. Beds: One king bed (160X200cm) with orthopedic mattress and feather Billerbeck pillows and bamboo Billerbeck duvets with quality cotton linen. One sofa bed (150X195 cm) with Aloe Vera pillows and duvets quality cotton linen. 2 flat screen Tv's, one smart. We have a guest Netflix account for you watch and both TV’s have 28 world channels. We also installed an electric fireplace in your bedroom for ambiance and electrical blinds for a great night sleep. Guest access You can access the houses closed inner garden. Lovely during every season. If you are looking to rent bikes, there's a place in the apartment’s vicinity. There are parking spaces in front of the house, but it is a busy street and one must have luck to find one empty. 1 hour will cost you about 1.5 EUR Instead we would recommend using the parking garage at 6 minutes walk from the Apartment called the "Hollo". 1 day parking fee is 19€ when booked in advance. Cheaper when booked for several days (51€/3 days). Other things to note Please be informed: - There is no freezer in the apartment just an undercounter fridge Other things to note: - We kindly ask all our guests to fill in our registration book upon arrival. Only checked in guests can stay in the apartment! - Smoking is allowed only outside the building. Smoking inside the apartment will be fined 100€! - We provide slippers. Please remove your shoes in the hallway. You can find the slippers provided inside the drawers of the hallways cabinet. - If you stay for a week or more, we provide the cleaning, midweek, for free.
