Our apartment house is a spacious flat for 4 people. On the 1. floor there are two bedrooms, separate bathroom, a completely equipped kitchen and a teras, all ensure a comfortable stay during holiday. Free Wi-Fi is available all around the house. A colour TV with more international channels provides entertainment. The large garden gives a pleasant place for sunbathing, or for a grill party with friends and makes car parking being safe. The space The 4-person apartment is comfortable and fully equipped, featuring two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace. One of the two bedrooms has a double bed, while the other is furnished with two comfortable 90 x 200 cm beds. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The kitchen is integrated with the living and dining area. It is well-equipped for baking cakes, pizzas, or even hosting a small celebration: fridge with freezer, microwave, electric stove with 4 burners and oven, coffee maker, kettle, cooking and baking utensils, wine glasses, beer glasses, shot glasses, plastic cutlery and plates for children. The large terrace offers comfortable seating for 4 people. A drying rack is available for quickly drying wet towels and beach items. The apartment features an LCD TV and free Wi-Fi for your comfort. The Wi-Fi covers the entire garden, so you can browse local attractions or check emails even while sunbathing. Guest access The garden belonging to the house is shared among all guests. One free parking space is provided per apartment. In addition, the following can be used without limitation: ping pong table, giant trampoline, barbecue area, cauldron cooking area, sun loungers, sandbox, swings – in short, all garden equipment, outdoor furniture, various toys, and sports equipment. The Miele washing machine next to the back exit can be used for an extra fee. Laundry capsules are provided. Other things to note Smoking is only possible in the balcony and the garden, inside the house it is not allowed! According to town regulation and to ensure undisturbed relaxation of other guests, loud music and speaking is not allowed after 22:00! Tourist tax is 1,5 eur/night/adult you have to pay upon arrival. By booking, I clearly accept and abide by the above conditions.
