Unobstructed panoramic view of the magnificent mountain panorama, small wellness area in the garden with sauna, shower and washing machine. Free parking spaces. Note: The outdoor pool is not heated and, depending on the weather, is in operation from about mid-May to September. Use of the garden, pool & sauna is shared with owners & tenants. The space Large lounge with kitchen, cozy corner bench with dining table, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishes/cutlery. Bench and table for a cozy coffee or breakfast outdoors. All three rooms each with double bed + extra bed, shower/toilet, underfloor heating, rustic natural wood furniture, cable TV, room safe and hairdryer. Also included is the guest card of the region "Welcomecard" with numerous discounts. Other things to note Pets are only allowed with prior agreement! Additional costs may apply if cleaning is more intensive. The pool and sauna are privately owned by the owner, but can be used at your own risk (shared with all guests and owners).
