The Exclusive Town House is an elegant two storey single-family home of 140 square meters, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This beautiful restored stone residence is located in the center of Mytilene . The space This Period Town House was built in 1930 and is one of the four houses that were constructed with the intention to endow the children of the family, the so-called “aderfomoíria” in local dialect. The house was purchased in 1975 and was the primary home of my family until its recent renovation to full detail, keeping a lot of the original features and cornices from the 1930s. This property is ideal for those appreciating beautiful old stone houses with high ceilings and the neoclassical architecture, which are scattered in many parts of the city’s neighborhoods. Renovation has been made keeping in mind the complete harmony of the old and the new, the neoclassical architecture prevalent when originally constructed with the added luxury of modern décor of today. We hope our guests can fully embrace the spacious and comfortable rooms, the aroma of the wood, the modern aesthetics and comfort of this home. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms (with double beds), a separate office and an auxiliary bath. All of the bedrooms are peaceful and quiet. A whole family, one to three couples, or a group of six friends can be accommodated on these premises.
