An easy 15 minutes walk or a 5 minute cab ride from the train station Carl and Kevin offer a charming double room with a great view right across the town in their ground floor Victorian villa apartment which has it's own separate private entrance. Located 3 minutes from the seafront in the picturesque Upper Meads area you can easily walk along the promenade to the town centre where on your way you will find Eastbourne’s famous bandstand, the pier, theatres, the Towner Gallery, restaurants, cafes and bars and of course the shopping centre. For the walkers amongst you the start of the South Downs Way up to Beachy Head is 10 minutes in the opposite direction. You will have exclusive use of your own private bathroom with whirlpool bath (for single person use) and walk in shower, which is down the hall from the bedroom, and use of the sitting/dining room where a delicious continental breakfast is served each morning. Whether here for a conference, business or simply pleasure we aim to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible. We offer stays of up to four nights but if you would like to stay longer please contact us on here. We can be flexible with checking in and out times but please check message us before you confirm your booking. The entrance to the flat is down a pathway to the right of the building. During your stay We live in the property and have our own separate space but are available for any guests' questions etc. Other things to note Continental breakfast (fruit, cereal, bread, preserves, yoghurt etc.) is provided.
