Welcome to my house that I built with my heart, all on a 1500 m2 lot. It is located 5 minutes from Cognac in a very quiet little village called Richemont. You will enjoy a magnificent view of the woods to recharge your batteries. It can accommodate 9 adults The space A CHIC AND COZY FULLY EQUIPPED HOUSE ❖ 4 bedrooms: 1 bed 180 x 200, 2 beds 140 x 190, 1 mezzanine bed 90 x 190 & 1 bed 120 x 190 ❖ + 1 BZ 140 x 190 (extra beds) ❖ 1 large living room with sofa bed and dining area (up to 8 people) ❖ Cook good meals in a fully equipped high-end kitchen with microwave, oven, stove/hood, fridge/freezer. As well as all the useful utensils. ❖ 1 large bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower + 2 private shower rooms The entire house is rented (150 m2) and for 8 people maximum (€15 supplement from 2 people). Pets aren't allowed (for hygiene reasons) and the accommodation is non-smoking. In addition, it is forbidden to party in the house because there is an unusual accommodation next to the house and I ask to be as discreet as possible so as not to disturb the couples who are next to the house. THE KITCHEN The kitchen has a long worktop that allows you to eat as a family of 4. It is fully equipped, with an induction cooktop/hood, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto), toaster, COOKEO… ESSENTIALS Toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, garbage bag, salt, pepper, oils, sugar, tea, and coffee capsules provided (SENSEO), SHEETS AND TOWELS PROVIDED You don't have to worry about linens and towels as they are provided. OUTDOOR AMENITIES Zipline, sandbox, Barbecue and wood available Terrace Access to dwarf goats in their 500 m2 enclosure near the house. Heated Nordic bath outdoors on request (Optional) ADDITIONAL OPTION ❖ Access to the heated Nordic bath outdoors for an extra charge of €60/day (24h) Extra sofa bed❖ upstairs to accommodate 2 additional people (€30 extra) Guest access 100% self-contained accommodation with private and secure parking in front of the house. Bucolic walks in the woods with streams to do on foot or by bike around the house. The garage remains private Other things to note △ Allergy: Presence of 2 very affectionate cats that can stay in the garage/outside if necessary. Parties prohibited!!!! Do not play music too loudly in the evening to avoid disturbing the potential couple staying in the bubble accommodation near the house. I remain available 24/7 as needed.
