From your balcony you have a perfect view at the English Channel and the hustle and bustle on the promenade. The 42qm small apartment offers in due to its excellent highly-practical layout with a shiftable wall a lot of space. The living room is funished on a superiour level with a mix of antiques and modern furnishment. For your entertainment you have a big Bang & Olufsen – TV and a stereo incl. a few CDs. You'll find an aperitif or degistif in the little bar. The sleeping area can be totally separated from the living room by a shiftable wall. You have a 1.40m x 2.00m bed and a big closet. The compact kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge with icebox, oven with ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, coffeemachine, toaster, electric kettle, dishes and various cooking utilities. Theres a bathroom with bathtub, two washbasins, hair dryer. The toilet is seperated. Because the apartment is in the building of a hotel you have a bar and a restaurant right in the lobby.
