WFH in this Exquisite Private Suite near Domain!

You get exclusive use of master suite wing with a separate entrance from the backyard. It is not shared. It is sound insulated so normal TV volume can not be heard from the main house, well furnished, and has its own AC/heating. It is close to the Domain, and north Austin high tech employers. A perfect work from home setup! Please Note: The bathroom is separated by curtains in lieu of the pocket door that is currently out of service. The space We are taking extra measures to ensure you have a clean and safe place to stay. Our cleaning partner, Clean 'N Green, adheres to an enhanced cleaning protocol. They use as many eco-friendly products as possible. And for the foreseeable future they will also use EPA approved disinfectant Synergize by Biosentry. Due to our cleaning protocol, late check outs and early check ins will not be available at this time. The suite is well furnished with - 65 in LED HDR TV - King bed with natural latex mattress - 200 Mbs internet with streaming cable TV. - Mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee/tea/hot water maker. The suite is sound insulated such that from the main house: - Normal TV volume is inaudible - Loud conversation is muffled and unintelligible - Sound of baby crying is barely audible. - Entrance in the back of the house. There is a 60 ft path between the driveway and the entrance so please plan accordingly. The suite was renovated in 2016 with above average and high end materials including quartz counter top, large rain shower, Victoria and Albert double ended 74in slipper tub, fossilized bamboo flooring, and Andersen windows. There is a 30 day maximum limit. If you would like to stay longer than 30 days, you will need to book multiple reservations. Guest access Guest has exclusive use of the master suite, and shared use of the back yard. Check in is 3pm and check out is 11am. We are unable to do late checkouts or early check in’s at this time. Other things to note The house is 2 blocks away from train tracks. However, you are unlikely to be waken by trains due to sound insulation. As yet, no guest has complained. It is quieter than many indoor HVAC units, and the peak volume usually lasts 30 seconds or less. The carbon monoxide detector is in the main house. There is no gas appliance in the master suite, and it is separate from the main house. The bathroom is separated by a curtain not a full door.
