King Ludwig's Old Neighbour

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games. The space Our house is great for families. We provide equipment for children all ages, like a sandpitch, a paddling pool, a football goal, a basket for basketball, children’s bicycles, a baby bed, toys and board games. Bring your grandparents. There is a large sleeping room on the entry level, no need to climb any stairs. Our house is great for groups of friends. We have a large terrace, a BBQ, a space for bikes & skis and private parking for 3-4 cars. Please note however that it is located in a living area, loud music and parties are therefore not possible. We can help to organize your excursions, like a privative mountain restaurant, tandem paragliding, guided mountainbiking tours, tickets to musicals and concerts. Guest access * PLEASE NOTE THE CURRENT ENERGY CRISIS * Despite the energy crisis, we decided to leave the heating at full capacity for the highest comfort of our guests. However, we only heat and open the sleeping-rooms which are actually needed according to the number of visitors. Example: 2 rooms with 2 beds each for 4 guests.
