GUEST HOUSE facing the pool, private accommodation in a secure villa: equipped kitchen, bedroom with king-size bed, bathroom, etc. Around the pool: towels are provided, and sun loungers are at your disposal. 3 minutes from the highway and 5 minutes from downtown Béziers. House Rules High Season: We do not accept children ages 8 months to 12 years. The outdoor area is not suitable. This is non-negotiable. Thank you for your understanding. Low Season: For comfort, we accept only 1 person maximum. The space Geographically well located 5 minutes from Béziers, 5 minutes from the highways, hospital and artisanal areas. 10 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from Pézenas (Molière's city), 1 hour from the city of Carcassonne, 45 minutes from the Léraba Ling Buddhist temple, 45 minutes from Sète, 1 hour from Montpellier, Salvetat Lake, canoeing, Minervois... Ideal for holidays and for business stays. Guest access The pool is reserved exclusively for rental outside maintenance hours. Open June to September No outside persons are allowed.
