Room near Portobello & Paddington

Room has been recently decorated. It's facing east and sun can wake you up, if you wish. A black-out curtain is available too. The bed is 1.2m wide, with an excellent quality mattress. A joyful Portobello and Golborne Road are 10 min walk away The space This is a lived in room which we rent while our daughter is abroad, therefore expect it fully fitted out, but we will make some room in the wardrobe. The room has one small double bed which is suitable for 1 person or for a couple (the width of the bed is 1200mm). The flat is on the 3rd floor ( no lift) of a modern purpose build block with nice views and lots of sunshine. You will need to share the bathroom and the kitchen with myself. FEMALE guests only. The whole flat has been recently decorated, with the brand new kitchen and bathroom. Guest access Guest will have an access to Kitchen / Dining and to Bathroom (all shared). If necessary they can have their own shelf in the fridge. During your stay We are happy to chat with our guests and to give them an advice about where to go to London, how to use the public transport etc. Other things to note If the gusts stay full week or longer, they will be able to use our washing machine once a week.
