My cottage is set in a quiet road within a pretty village surrounded by countryside yet only 5 minutes drive to the main Devon Expressway with links to Torquay (4 miles) Newton Abbot (2 miles) Totnes (9 miles) and Exeter (16 miles). I am offering a sunny double room with views to the open countryside. and a large light shared bathroom with shower bath which is cleaned daily. A continental breakfast is included (Gluten free option). The space My home is quirky and cosy and welcoming. It is situated in a quiet village and yet close to the main routes to Torquay, Exeter, Totnes and Dartmoor. The village has its own post office and co-op supermarket, hairdresser and pharmacy. There are many local walks in the area leading to woodland and beautiful countryside and many welcoming pubs to get refreshments or good food. Kingskerswell Parish Church is a highly popular venue for bands from across the uK including many from the Devon folk music scene. Guest access Guests have access to the main open plan lounge and kitchen area and are welcome to sit in the lounge area, but only have access to cooking facilities with prior agreement for an additional charge and if staying longer than 3 nights. Other things to note Although the room is a double, pricing is based on single occupancy.
