This delightful little house, recently renovated, is strategically located in the heart of the baroque city, and is only 5 km from the sea. Possibility to visit Scicli without a car and to reach Modica, Ragusa and Noto, which are just a few kilometers away. The property is configured as a vacation home according to Legislative Decree 50/2017. The place is ideal for couples and families (with children), solo adventurers, and groups of friends. The space The cottage is spread out in a single room with a living room equipped with a kitchen and sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. On the open mezzanine there is another comfortable queen-size bed. There is a small terrace equipped for breakfast or lunch outdoors or to enjoy a little relaxation. From here, you can also admire one of the hills surrounding Scicli, on which the Convent of the Cross stands. Guest access The cottage is entirely at the disposal of guests for the duration of their stay and offers all the comforts to make guests feel at home. The kitchen is complete with utensils and dishes, there is a TV, there is no internet. Bed linen and towels are provided. Other things to note The late-Baroque atmosphere that characterizes the Val di Noto, including the places of the fiction "Inspector Montalbano", the food and wine of the place and the proximity to the beautiful beaches, will make your vacation even more enchanting and full of many beauties to discover.
