Punta Marana directly on the sea

The apartment is located in an exclusive residence directly on the sea with beautiful beaches and secluded coves. All services are available at the entrance to the residence. The space The apartment is located in the Gulf of Marinella within the Pedra Concada Residence (Punta Marana Club), equipped with a 24-hour concierge and security service. Within the area of the village famous for its flower gardens and lush greenery including junipers and myrtle, there are numerous free and equipped beaches (oases), as well as small exclusive coves and characteristic rocks/cliffs, including the elephant rock (I recommend a nice dive from this rock). The beaches are freely accessible and within walking distance; the nearest one with fine white sand and crystal clear water (called the pool beach) is a minute's walk away. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, LCD TV, and all the necessary cooking accessories. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, as well as a double sofa bed in the living room (total of 6 beds). There is also a terrace for dining overlooking the spectacular bay of the Gulf of Marana. At the entrance of the residence, which can also be reached on foot via internal paths, there are all the services including a supermarket, bar, tobacco shop, pizzeria, restaurant (they also offer takeaway service), medical guard, pharmacy, beauty salon, hairdresser, ice cream parlor, and rental of inflatable boats and jet skis at the nearby port of Marana, just 100 meters from the concierge. The residence is quiet and very suitable for families with children, but I also recommend it as a starting point for visiting the Costa Smeralda. However, even the kids can find relaxation in this corner of paradise after a night spent at the country club of Porto Rotondo (3 KM) or the Blu Beach directly on the beach of Marinella (you dance on the sand... what a show!!!) In addition to all the beaches of the residence, I recommend visiting the white beach of Marinella, which you can reach from the house by crossing the entire village and then crossing the port of Marana with a 25-minute walk. Cala Sabina is an absolute must-see, easy to reach and well-organized, with an equipped beach, deckchairs, beach umbrellas and bars, crystal clear sea and white sand. You can reach it either in 10 minutes by car or with the famous train that stops 100 meters from the beach and that you can take at the Marinella station, which can be reached from the house with a 25-minute walk. Other excursions I recommend are the Island of Tavolara, splendid and unique for its colors of the sea and its wild nature, Liscia Ruja, and don't miss the Marine Park of the Island of Mortorio. I also recommend visiting Golfo Aranci, which is 6 km from the house by car, a characteristic fishing village where you can find fresh fish, but also excellent restaurants, shops with typical products and every evening, in July and August, a market located on the elegant waterfront avenue. The city of Olbia also offers you markets, shops and large supermarkets, as well as cultural evenings. By car you can reach the most fashionable and famous Porto Rotondo in 5 minutes and Porto Cervo in 20 minutes, from home, with their shops, restaurants and nightclubs. What else can I tell you...
