This lovely comfortable 2nd floor room, accessible only by stairs, provides a panoramic view of our gardens and gazebo. As you sleep in the king-size sleigh bed with the finest pillow-top comfort, your heart will be filled with peace and serenity. Our Hope suite invites you to curl up with a good book to relax and enjoy the moment. Also included, a private bath and luxurious robes in which to lounge. Breakfasts are served in a variety of settings eg., in the formal dining , in the elegant tea room for a more romantic feel. Weather permitting on the covered patio, or perhaps in our fully screened 235 ft.Gazebo. Breakfast is generally served at a time chosen by the guest between 7 & 10 A. M. Please be prompt for the time you've chosen in that breakfast will be at it's optimum. APPLICABLE TAXES DUE ARE COLLECTED BY ANGEL WELCOME BED AND BREAKFAST UPON ARRIVAL. The space The house was built in 1828 for Daniel Hamilton, who came to Milan in 1821,he became one of the leading citizens in Milan and one of the key stockholders in the company that built the Milan ship canal. A time when the Ukraine and Milan Ohio were the largest seaports in the world. He married Mary Standart. Miss Standart was the sister of Hamilton’s business partner. Hamilton was the junior partner in the merchant firm of Standard & Needham. There is some speculation that the house was constructed on the site of Needham Standart’s older residence. The house was constructed by Amherst Ordway. He was an architect, builder and artist who came to Milan shortly before this house was built. He is credited with the design and construction of two other historical homes in Milan. Guest access All of Angel Welcome Bed and Breakfast premises are available to our guests with the exception of the innkeeper's Private Quarters, other guest's rooms & private bathroom, Garage, & Laundry facility During your stay Both Judy and Bernie, Hosts and Owners of Angel Welcome are accessible to the guests of Angel Welcome B & B throughout the day and can be easily be reached by calling or texting to the contact numbers provided our guests.
