House near the beach

Our house is located in a quiet area, very close to the beach of Pointe de Chaucre (250 m on foot, no road to cross). It was renovated in 2020, located on a 1500 m² enclosed plot of land. Ideal for 2 families or for a group of friends up to 10 adults. Private parking for 3 to 4 vehicles, pets allowed. Free Wi-Fi. Barbecue and plancha at your disposal. Possibility to rent bikes. The space Our garden has several terraces to settle comfortably depending on the weather conditions (wind, sun). You can have lunch in the shade under the majestic tree located at the back of the house, or in the sun sheltered from the wind on the wooden terrace. An outdoor shower (hot water) is available for beach returns. Guest access You will have a large 35 m² living-dining room, with a 12-seat table, and a large equipped kitchen. Other things to note The beach at Pointe de Chaucre is ideal at low tide for small children, as it is a natural pool protected by rocks. It is also a very popular place for shore fishing. A little further, you can find waves for the more athletic, as well as surf clubs. You will also be very close to a diving club (first dives are organized on the beach). An Italian pizzeria/ice cream parlor and a bar-restaurant 100 m away. A bakery in the center, a local organic fruit and vegetable vendor at the exit of the village.
