You are booking the Ground Floor Apartment, “Tutankhamun”. A calm, thoughtfully designed villa in Luxor, so you can spend less time navigating and more time experiencing Egypt. Designed as a place to slow down, the villa combines beautiful Egyptian-inspired architecture, natural materials and a peaceful atmosphere. Restaurants, supermarkets and Luxor’s most iconic sights are all within easy reach. The kind of place you'll look forward to coming home to. The space The villa consists of two self-contained apartments, one on the ground floor (Tutankhamun) and one on the first floor (Nefertiti). Both apartments have the same interior layout and are primarily booked separately. For guests travelling together who would like complete privacy, both apartments can also be booked together. Please contact us to discuss availability. Guests staying in either apartment have access to the shared garden and swimming pool, exclusively for villa guests. When both apartments are booked together, the entire villa and outdoor area are exclusively yours. The ground-floor apartment is a comfortable, self-contained apartment with its own private terrace. The garden, outdoor seating area and swimming pool are shared with guests staying in the First Floor Apartment. Other things to note Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Parties and events are not permitted. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
