The ground floor is open plan with a kitchen, living room and dining area. Upstairs there is a master bedroom, a twin room and family bathroom. Outside there is a secure picket fenced garden with views over the fields with a table and chairs. The cottage has a cosy feel and is also dog friendly. PLEASE NOTE: The small indoor pool and games room are now closed but guests of Kingston have free access to the McCaulay's Leisure Club in Dinnaton near Ivybridge with a 25m pool, gym, and golf course. The space It is at the North East end of the 19th Century barn and has unparalleled views across the fields to the village of Broadhempston.
