Gîte de l'Abbaye 120 m2 in the heart of the village of Bourg

Visit Bourg, its alleys, its charming port, its citadel enthroned on the ramparts, its wines and its castles. Bordeaux is 40 minutes away, Blaye and its citadel 10 minutes away. The gîte is my home where I live, in the heart of the medieval village. It is located at the village port close to restaurants. The house can accommodate 4 adults and young children. You have access to a spacious indoor courtyard with barbecue and everything you need to relax. The cottage is free from Thursday 3 p.m. to Sunday 12 p.m. The space The house has been recently renovated, equipped with wifi, it is composed of 1 floor. Ground floor: - Fully equipped kitchen and dining room (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, gas oven...). - Living room with a TV. - A bedroom with a single bed of 90 cm and an extra bed for adults if necessary. - A laundry room with a toilet and a washing machine. Upstairs: - The large master bedroom (160 cm double bed) and its desk-relaxation area (with also an extra bed for a child up to 6-7 years old and a baby bed if needed). - The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, bathtub and toilet. You can park your car in front of the house because a space is reserved for it. Smoking and vaping is only allowed in the courtyard.
