Well appointed, fully furnished home on quiet non-through street with large backyard with pool,unheated, & BBQ. Limestone /wood floors through most of house. I have to take reservations of 31 days per Palo Alto rules but 31 days at my daily rate may be less than other properties if you only want to stay 2-3 weeks! The space This single story California-style house offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, large living and family rooms, and separate study --designed with wood and glass to offer a discreet but stylish base in Palo Alto. The house is shaded by an old beautiful elm tree and the garden offers half an acre of grass and pool for your enjoyment. The Neighborhood The home is located in a quiet neighborhood in leafy North Palo Alto, suitable for visitors to Stanford, the local high tech community, or families looking for temporary housing. The area is flat so walking and biking are easy, and there is a free bus link nearby to Stanford. There are plenty of beautiful parks, playgrounds, and community organizations nearby. The street is made up of large, single-family homes. Getting Around As with most of California, a car makes getting around much easier. But there is a free bus link to Stanford that stops nearby, and the California Ave Caltrain is within a brisk 10 minute walk. The quiet neighborhood is conveniently located between 101 and El Camino Real and between Embarcadero and Oregon. Uber and Lyft drivers are always happy to pick you up too! Other things to note Pool does not have a fence. If children cannot swim then guest should sign a waiver.
