Reversible air conditioning. A south-facing exterior. The space The studio is 23 m2. It consists of a single living room that contains the essentials to have a good time in the area. Ideal for a single person or couple. The studio also offers a significant south-facing exterior to drink a good tea or coffee in the sun. The view in the apartment is almost non-existent. Guest access In the courtyard of the residence you will have enough to hang out laundry if necessary (you will have a clothesline on the terrace).
