Pure tranquility: Our apartment, newly built in 2018, invites you to a relaxing vacation in the countryside, as well as to quiet evenings after stressful working days. Hiking trails, forests and dams offer wonderful views and excursion destinations. Bonn/Cologne 32 km; shops 7 km Important: Absolutely no smoking; pets are not allowed due to animal allergies. For bookings longer than 7 days, weekly interim cleaning of the apartment will be carried out at a price of €30. The space Please note: Absolutely NO SMOKING in the house and in the entrance area! Smoking is allowed in the courtyard. For bookings longer than 7 days, a weekly INTERIM CLEANING of the apartment will be made at the price of €30. 3 hours of SAUNA use for a fee of €15.00 after prior registration, at least 2 hours before arrival. The living space has its own entrance through the shared front door. The property offers: 1 modern kitchen, fully equipped with induction stove incl. oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, thermos, hand mixer, blender, toaster A highchair/children's dishes can be provided if required ——— 1 bedroom for 2 guests Double bed 1.60 x 2.00 m, 2 nightstands, Mirror cabinet 2.50 x 2.00 m, Desk, Satellite TV, Cell phone charging station, Bluetooth speaker - A crib can be provided if required ——— 1 barrier-free shower with window, toilet, washing area, towel radiator and washer-dryer ——— Entrance hall with wardrobe Bed linens, towels and bathrobes available Tiles (no carpet) with underfloor heating Guest access Through the front door on the ground floor, go straight ahead through the glass door into the common room with a foosball table and ping-pong table (free to use upon request). Once there, take the stairs to the 1st floor; the apartment entrance is upstairs on the immediate left. Other things to note SAUNA: By arrangement/booking, the living and sauna area on the ground floor, which includes a foosball table and ping-pong table, as well as the relaxation room and the fireplace room, can also be used. The fee for using the sauna is €20.00 for 2 hours. If the wood-burning stove in the relaxation room is to be used, there is an additional charge of €10 for 2 hours. Sauna towels and bathrobes are provided free of charge. In summer, the courtyard with rattan lounge, barbecue area, and outdoor shower can be used free of charge.
