House with a swimming pool

Well-lighted, spacious house of a 80 m2 consists of large living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms and a gallery on the first floor. The road to the house is newly asphalted. The whole property, including a huge yard of a 2000m2 is fenced, to provide complete privacy to our guests. From the living room there is an exit to a spacious terrace under which is a swimming pool of a 32 m2. Next to the swimming pool there is an additional unit completely equipped for a barbecue.
