La Rivière House – Carpe Diem Houseboat, Room #3 (breakfast included)

Come and experience #larivierehouse on the Carpe Diem barge, along the Erdre, a stone's throw from the Parc Expo de la Beaujoire and the FC Nantes Stadium. On the agenda: dolce vita, disconnection, nature and sport. Private events and services available upon request. The single beds are "married" in a Queen Size double bed (160 x 200 cm) and can be separated on request. For #5, there is a double bed/2 single beds (depending on configuration) and two single bench beds. The Beaujoire district allows you to get away from the center while being close to it, whether by car, public transport or boat. A privileged place for joggers and lovers of water activities (rowing, paddle, sailing...), it is a place where you come to disconnect and exercise physically. - Themed evenings and activities can be organized: tastings, catering, yoga, paddle (depending on the period and regulations), etc. - Large terrace without overlooking neighbors downstream - Rooms at the water's edge - Decorated by decorators - Outside the center but accessible quickly and easily - The entire upper deck is shared between the terrace, the living room and the open kitchen. - The lower deck consists of 5 bedrooms (with private bathroom) including a family room, the crew cabin (where I sometimes sleep), a laundry room and a shared toilet. - Total size: 250 m² (125 x 2) - Size of bedrooms/bathrooms: #1 16 m², #2 15 m², #3 13 m², #4 14 m², #5 25 m² - The nearest tram station is Ranzay (Line 1), 7 minutes walk. - The barge is two minutes from the ring road, ideal for avoiding traffic jams in the city center and for parking. - "Les Salles" bus stop, line No. 23 - From the right bank: Navibus ferryman to the faculties (downstream of the barge) or the pedestrian path of the Jonelière bridge (peripheral side upstream of the barge) - Possibility to moor at the private pontoon of the barge. Outside of private rental, it is not possible to use the stove to avoid "conflicts" of use with other guests. Possibility to choose between 2 single beds or "marry" them into 1 queen-size double bed.
