Les Coteaux de Planèze, semi-independent studio

My house is in the countryside of Saint Laurent les Tours. I will be happy to welcome you there for 1 or a few nights... My house is absolutely quiet... in the countryside... Breakfast is offered. Kitchen available. Small convenience store. The studio is very large in area. It can accommodate 6 people: 2 large 160 beds, 1 90 bed, 1 130 sofa bed. Private bathroom. Separate private toilet. Ideal for 2 or 3 adults... or family with 1 to 5 children. The space The studio is semi-detached... on the ground floor of the house, with shared exterior. Inside there is a kitchen, a table, a TV with TNT channels, 2 real beds 160 X 200, 1 real bed 90 and 1 sofa bed 130. Perfect for a family with 2, 3, 4 or 5 children or young people. Children's games and books. The bathroom is private. Separate private toilet, across the bathroom. Beds made and towels provided. Breakfast is available. It is self-service in the studio or in the garden. The garden, which is directly in front of the studio, is shared. Quiet, cool, relaxed and laid-back atmosphere... Quiet atmosphere from 10pm to 7am. Ideally, showers should be finished by 10pm due to noise from the pipes in the rooms located above the studio. My accommodation is not suitable for a group of adults who would be noisy... only in quiet life... then in silence mode from 10pm to 7am... it is a place of rest and not of celebration. No reception after 9 p.m... Outdoor slow charging socket for an electric vehicle, with meter... 0.35 Euro per kwh... Guest access I will be present during the stay. There will be other guests in 2 other bedrooms upstairs in the house. During your stay I will be there during your stay. Other things to note I only receive in quiet mode, non-noisy atmosphere... then silent from 10pm to 7am. My accommodation is suitable for people looking for rest, calm, quiet, tranquility. It is not possible to organize a party or a noisy event.
