The surrounding barns date from the early 19th Century and, whilst they require some upkeep work, add to the magnificence of the site (although, access is not permitted to these barns). The house benefits from large rooms and original features throughout. The space Meanwhile the property has been updated to ensure it meets the needs of our clients during their stay. Of the 6 bath/shower rooms, 5 are en-suite, with a wonderful family bathroom with freestanding centre bath. The large gardens are walled and extend to over an acre. There is the addition to the house of an indoor swimming pool and tennis court. The house is fully equipped with all modern conveniences and the kitchen is superbly stocked with everything necessary for you to prepare anything from a simple summer luncheon through to a fabulous 5 course celebratory meal. The dining room, just off the kitchen, will seat everyone comfortably around the one large table. There is a large reception lounge with 'Smart' TV, internet WiFi, and plenty of soft seating to relax on, as well as a wood-burning stove for use on those winter evenings. That said, the property benefits from an excellent central heating system with new boiler.
