New loft conversion

New loft conversion in stylish late Victorian two-story terraced house in leafy North London. Delightful, bright, airy room, with bathroom en suite. Fully fitted carpet, writing desk, chairs, double wardrobe, armchair, fridge, kettle & high speed WiFi internet access. Adorable cat. Lovely garden. The rooms are on the top floor. Each room is for single occupancy only, none of the 3 rooms are suitable for couples. One person per room. No couples please. The space Very bright, airy, comfortable room with a lovely feel. All bed linen and towels are provided, cleaning materials and laundry liquids. It is very quiet and there are lovely views. So perfect for people doing research, writers, academics etc. parcs are very near by for joggers. The house is immaculate and I expect guests to respect the house and leave the common spaces as immaculate as they have found them. The house is cleaned regularly but guests are requested to keep a high level of hygiene and cleanliness. It would also be good for guests to introduce themselves and tell a little about themselves before they ask if the room is available. thank you. Guest access Limited access to the living room (no television there). Other things to note Bi-weekly cleaning of the room is also included in the rent. There is an extra charge for the electricity as there is a meter for the room. Please be responsible with the closing of windows and locking of doors, as well as the use of alarm. The washing machine is for use once a week. No smoking in the house. Please remember to switch off all lights when leaving rooms, etc. The use of the living room is limited. You are welcome to use the kitchen and kitchen utensils, especially. But please remember to always wash and put away after use. Guests are welcome; however, there is a payment contribution if guests stay more than one night. This can be discussed further if necessary. Please remember to be respectful of the house at all times. All regulatory sanitation measures are applied. Gel is available, gloves, but you must have your own masks. The house is disinfected thoroughly once a week but disinfectant is readily available for your use in your room. It would be nice if you would agree to these conditions when you come to stay.
