Our farmhouse is a semi-detached apartment, single-story, in our old farm typical of the Bauges. Two steps to access the front door. But this has nothing to do with cleanliness. - Living room with open kitchen. - Two separate bedrooms: a large double bed (160 X 200 electric and very comfortable bed) for the first, then another double bed (140 X 190) and bunk bed (both mattresses are made of vegetable latex and the mattress covers and pillowcases are made of organic cotton) - Spacious bright bathroom, has a shower and bathtub large storage closet. Highway entrances 11 km (Lyon, Grenoble), 9 km (Annecy, Geneva). - Within the massif you can enjoy a multitude of activities: hydrotherapy, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, summer tobogganing, water sports, acro-branches, canyoning, donkey rides, cultural visits, heritage discovery through typical villages such as La Compôte, Jarsy, Artith, Doucy en Bauges, Bellecombes en Bauges..., the Tours St Jacques, the bridge of the abyss with the Chéran, one of the last wild rivers in France (renowned for fishing lovers, swimming possibility), the Semnoz plateau with its summer luge and panoramic views of the surrounding massifs (all being located between 10 min and 30 min from St Offenge), visits to educational farms etc. For lovers of trails, mountain races, the choice will not be lacking, there is also a very beautiful trail in the municipality of St Offenge.
