Comfy top floor flat, set just one street back from the lovely Tarbert Harbour our flat is ideal for a west coast getaway. Comfy king sized bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, a well laid out living room with sofa, tv with netfix etc. and a small dining table. Free WIFI and parking on the street outside. Tarbert is incredibly friendly with some great restaurants, a couple of pubs and there are at least 5 festivals on per year The space Our place is freshly decorated and is comfortable cosy living for a couple or small family. It's a lovely bright space with clear views across the village to the surrounding hills. The king sized bed, Egyptian cotton linen and black out blinds in the bedroom are all aimed at ensuring a great nights sleep. The bedroom also has plenty of storage and hanging space. The living room is set up with a sofa with cushions and throws or for sitting at dining table. There's a 32" TV that's hooked up to an amazon firestick for a wealth of TV at you're fingertips. There's also a little electric stove and plenty of lamps for ambience. Our kitchen is well equipped with most things you'll need to be able to create meals during your stay - an oven, grill and halogen hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, under counter fridge. There's plenty of pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, glass wear and utensils to make this a useful cooking space and we've included thinks like a coffee pot and stick blender for convenience. The bathroom has an electric shower and heated towel rail, toilet, sink, mirror and razor plug, plenty of storage space for any toiletries, fresh towels There's an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer in the flat that you are welcome to use. Unlimited free WIFI There's a good sized cupboard off the hallway for any extra storage required. The heating is electric wall mounted which keeps the flat cosy and there's a little movable fan heater too should you ever need a little boost of heat anywhere It's worth noting, if you are visiting with friends or family for an event, we also have the flat opposite listed as 'Cosy Top Floor Hideaway'. The two places share the full floor and are separated by a private close landing. Ideal if you'd like to be close by but have your own space. Just so you know - At the entrance way of this flat we have a cupboard that we use to store things like spare kitchen gear and bedding for both of the flats we have listed. Occasionally we may need brief access during the day but this is rare. We wouldn't to come into the property itself as there is a second entrance door beyond, we'd let you know we had to nip over first and we like to keep it to a bare minimum so we won't disturb you!
