L'Herbe Tendre is the perfect house for your vacation, up to 10 people very comfortably (possibility 14 people with extra beds). 5 bedrooms equipped with double or single beds, according to your wishes. Open to the large living room, the bright and functional kitchen overlooks the terrace and garden. Original decor and smiles at no extra cost! Close to all amenities. The free bus, next to the house, takes you directly to the beach! The space The house (200 m²) is composed of 2 floors: - Ground floor: 1 large living room, lounge, living room, open and bright kitchen, fully equipped, overlooking the terrace and garden (charcoal barbecue available). + a 2nd living room - 1st floor: 3 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet. • Music Room: 2 single beds or 1 double bed • Voyage Room: 2 single beds or 1 double bed + 1 shower + sink • Poetry Room: 2 single beds or 1 double bed + 1 sink • Bathroom: double sinks + shower + washing machine + dryer • Separate toilet - 2nd floor: 2 Suites under the eaves. • Iggy Suite: 2 single beds or 1 double bed + bathroom (sink, shower, toilet) • Cabane Suite: 2 single beds or 1 double bed + bathroom (sink, shower, toilet) Linens and towels are provided. Highchair, baby bath, folding crib, changing table are available. Guest access Parking is free in the neighborhood. Other things to note ► Cleaning is not included in the price. However, you can request it at the end of your stay, if you do not want to bother with this chore (cleaning fee: €120) ► Breakfast is available upon reservation. Service to be paid on-site €10/day/person.
