The cozy apartment in the former fishing village of Pruchten is lovingly and comfortably furnished and is centrally located in the village center. A well-developed bike path leads directly to the bright Baltic Sea beach 5 km away. Pruchten is a great starting point for exploring Rügen, Rostock or Stralsund. In autumn, thousands of cranes rested on the surrounding fields and also in winter, the surrounding area offers many highlights for nature lovers, especially for nature lovers. The space The cozy holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of the holiday home and has 1 living room with dining area and kitchen as well as a sofa bed for 2 persons. Furthermore, the apartment has a bathroom with shower/toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping floor with two single beds. Guests are welcome to use the terrace with garden furniture in the garden. In the cottage there are 2 apartments upstairs and 2 apartments on the ground floor in the cottage. Since January 1, 2022, Pruchten has been a recognized resort and charges a spa tax of 2 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the landlord in cash on arrival.
