Taking the tram line that is close by, you can either get to the center of Athens or the beach in 20’. You can walk to Sygrou Ave in 10’. Within 5' walking distance you can get to the famous square in Nea Smyrni where you can find a variety of cafes and restaurants, all sorts of outlets and stores as well as many bank branches The space The studio apartment is an open plan space, elegantly decorated. There is a kitchen and a bathroom along with a small yard right in front of the independent entrance through the garden. It's furnished with a double bed (1.40X2.00), a 3-seat sofa that converts into a second double bed, a 2-seat sofa, a desk that can be used for working and a dining table with 4 chairs. Storage space is also available. You can find a local super market and a pharmacy just down the street. You'll find anything else you need in the central square.
