Private parking, BBQ. The space La Fontenelle is a villa inspired by Italian architecture, built by our grandfather at the end of the 1970s. The rooms are spacious. The sober and welcoming decoration was redone recently. Air conditioning in all 5 bedrooms. (installed early 2024) The swimming pool, the large grounds for children to run and have fun (gantry), BBQs (charcoal or gas), the song of cicadas in summer, the tranquility of the olive trees... ideal to fully enjoy your vacation. A few kilometers away, pretty picturesque villages (Valbonne, Opio, Biot, Gourdon, St Paul de Vence...) The beach, shopping and lively evenings in the cities (Cannes (30 min), Antibes (30 min), Juan les Pins, Nice (45 min)...) As well as walks in the hinterland... There is something for everyone. Guest access You have access to the whole house and garden. Other things to note - The nearest airport, Nice Cote D'azur is about 30 minutes away. - To get around, it's advisable to have a vehicle. - A bus stop is at the end of the road (10 min walk) to get to Cannes/Nice/Antibes. - If necessary, we can recommend a private driver/taxi company.
